Portfolio Group will organise its Agricultural Conference, one of the largest and most important professional events in the sector, for the thirteenth time in Siófok. At the December event, we will present our prestigious agricultural awards in ten categories for the eleventh time, for which any outstanding professional in the sector can apply or be nominated. Portfolio Group has established the Food Industry Company of the Year Award this year and is announcing it for the first time, aiming to recognise domestic industry players that achieve exemplary business and economic results, implement market and business development strategies that can serve as a model for the Hungarian food economy, and demonstrate a leading role in social responsibility.
The Portfolio Award for Agribusiness is a lifetime achievement award given for a career-long outstanding professional activity for the sector, while the other awards recognise this year’s most outstanding professional performances in the agricultural industry.
The awards are granted by a distinguished panel of industry experts.
We will only admit our participants by presenting a valid ticket for the event, which will be sent by our system to the participant's email address provided during registration.
Net Média Zrt. reserves the right to change prices before the event.
*Above prices contain intermediate services (catering), to which we are not able to apply discounts. Discounts cannot be combined! In case of a group ticket purchase, Net Média Zrt. is only able to offer a discount if the same person orders and pays for the amount of tickets sufficient to warrant a group discount for the same event during one registration.

CONTACTLESS ENTRY
We would like to inform all visitors that following registration to the conference, we will send out a QR code to the email address provided during registration. Please bring this code with you, either printed out or just showing it on your phone, in order to be admitted to the event.
In case you have any questions, please contact our event organiser staff at the address below.
We will confirm your online registration in an email. (During registration, you will have to approve your personal data and the present Conditions.) Once you consent to the Registration, payment and cancellation conditions, we will send you a proforma invoice attached to the confirmation email based on the data provided during registration. Please pay this invoice within 8 working days following confirmation of your registration. Once payment is received, we will send you the invoice to the address given at registration.
Online registration constitutes an order. Prior payment of the attendance and accommodation fees are a prerequisite for participating at the event. Once registration is finalised and submitted, we will not accept cancellations and will not refund the ticket and the accommodation. The attendance and accommodation fees are to be paid even in case of non-attendance. Registration may be transferred after the full attendance and accommodation fees are paid. As online registration constitutes an order, we will not accept complaints after the event, including citing the lack of transfer or failure to attend the event for any other reason. The full amount will be due nevertheless.
ATTENTION!
Net Média Zrt. reserves the right to change the date of the event. In case of a change in the event date, Net Média Zrt. will inform ticket holders in due time. Tickets already ordered and paid will be valid for the new date or, if that date is not convenient, may be transferred.
In case the event can not be held at the scheduled date due to legal or administrative restrictions or other circumstances beyond the control of either party, Net Média Zrt. will hold the conference online. The participation fee for the online conference is 40% of the price of the cancelled event on the same topic. Net Média shall refund any payments previously made in excess of this within 20 days of its announcement on cancelling the event.
Refunds beyond the above will not be offered even if the event date is changed or the conference is moved to online format.
