In 2022, we are offering all visitors to our conferences, new or old, a more flexible ticket purchase system than ever before. Depending on the pandemic situation and the related legal regulation in effect, we are offering online, offline and hybrid events to our customers. Are you unsure how the current situation will develop, or if you are free the day of a given Portfolio event? We will adapt to you.
DECIDE IN TIME
You may change the type of your purchased ticket, i.e. the mode of your participation, on one occasion at least 10 days before the event. To do so, please let us know at rendezveny@portfolio.hu.
Changing from online to offline ticket:
On-site tickets cost more, so you will need to pay extra to make this change.
Changing from offline to online ticket:
Virtual tickets are cheaper, so we will refund you the difference after the event.

OFFLINE TICKET
As last year, we will be organising our events in line with the legal requirements in effect depending on the virus situation. We will soon receive visitors at our physical events, and we will continue to have the usual tight safety measures in place, so we are encouraging you to buy some of the limited on-site tickets and secure your spot at the event.

Our professional online conferences allow you to follow the entire programme live and in an interactive manner. Whether you join from home or from the office, we are offering you our customary high-quality professional programme in the virtual space as well. The platforms of our events provide the best interactive opportunities available, such as live networking, personal video calls, and parallel sections, offering you the sensation of a real live event.

Important information about the prices and services

We will only admit our participants by presenting a valid ticket for the event, which will be sent by our system to the participant's email address provided during registration.

Discounts for OFFLINE tickets:

  • 10% discount for HuGBC members*
  • 20% discount for 5 or more registrations*

*Above prices contain intermediate services (catering), to which we are not able to apply discounts. Discounts cannot be combined!

Fee includes: conference documentation, full lunch and coffee breaks.

CONTACTLESS ENTRY

We would like to inform all visitors that following registration to the conference, we will send out a QR code to the email address provided during registration. Please bring this code with you, either printed out or just showing it on your phone, in order to be admitted to the event.

Application, Payment and Cancellation Conditions

We will confirm your online registration in an email. (During registration, you will have to approve your personal data and the present Conditions.) Once you consent to the Registration, payment and cancellation conditions, we will send you a proforma invoice attached to the confirmation email based on the data provided during registration. Please pay this invoice within 8 working days following confirmation of your registration. Once payment is received, we will send you the invoice to the address given at registration.

Online registration constitutes an order. Prior payment of the attendance fee is a prerequisite for participating at the event. Once registration is finalised and submitted, we will not accept cancellations and will not refund the ticket. The attendance fee is to be paid even in case of non-attendance. Registration may be transferred after the full attendance fee is paid. As online registration constitutes an order, we will not accept complaints after the event, including citing the lack of transfer or failure to attend the event for any other reason. The full amount will be due nevertheless.

ATTENTION!

Net Média Zrt. reserves the right to change the date of the event. In case of a change in the event date, Net Média Zrt. will inform ticket holders in due time. Tickets already ordered and paid will be valid for the new date or, if that date is not convenient, may be transferred.

In case the event can not be held at the scheduled date due to legal or administrative restrictions or other circumstances beyond the control of either party, Net Média Zrt. will hold the conference online. The participation fee for the online conference is 40% of the price of the cancelled event on the same topic. Net Média shall refund any payments previously made in excess of this within 20 days of its announcement on cancelling the event.
Refunds beyond the above will not be offered even if the event date is changed or the conference is moved to online format.
