HVCA-Portfolio Investment Conference 2019

Now in its 21th year, the annual international conference of the private equity and venture capital sector organized in Budapest traditionally brings together the representatives of some of the key private equity and venture capital investors, fund managers and consultancy firms in the CEE region. The participants at the conference can learn about the latest trends of the private equity and venture capital sector and assess the extent to which transactions in the region fit into the global and European trends. They can find answers to the question as to how attractive the CEE region is for venture capital and private equity investors and which deals offer the best business opportunities in the region. The conference also discusses how long state participation will be needed to boost  investor appetite and facilitate  the market launch of innovations, as well as the state involvement solutions that promise the most profit as shown by international experience. The morning and afternoon opening presentations by renowned speakers will be followed by panel discussions providing insights into the criteria applied by fund managers in the region and an opportunity for conference participants to confront different viewpoints and express their opinion.
