The world had barely started to come out of the shock caused by the coronavirus, it got hit again immediately as Russia invaded Ukraine in late February. Although the effects of the war are felt globally, they hurt Europe especially, where the energy crisis is posing a serious challenge to the countries. If the war were not enough, inflation not seen in decades has struck, and central banks’ interest rate hikes in response are raising fears of recession. Az eseményen közvetlenül a cég képviselőitől értesülhet a CIVITA nyilvános részvénykibocsátásáról, amely november 22-e és december 9-e között zajlik a budapesti parketten.

A közeljövőben a hazai lakossági és intézményi befektető kör részére bocsát ki a CIVITA Group Nyrt. maximum 3 millió új részvényt. A társaság az első magyar családi tulajdonban lévő mezőgazdasági cég, amelyik a hazai tőzsdén, a BÉT Standard kategóriában megjelenik.

A megcélzott tőkeemelés értéke 2 milliárd forint. A lakossági ügyfelek jegyzési íven tudnak jegyezni a résztvevő UniCredit fiókokban, illetve a private, prémium banking ügyfelek a bankárjaikon keresztül 850 forintos fix áron. Az intézményi ügyfelek aukciós eljárásban; a minimum 650 és maximum ár 850 között jegyezhetnek. A kibocsátási ár a legalacsonyabb áron elfogadott intézményi jegyzés ára lesz. Minden befektetői igény ezen az áron teljesül, az esetleges különbséget az Unicredit visszautalja a befektetőknek. A részvény kiosztásnál a lakossági ügyfelek elsőbbséget élveznek, azaz az intézmények csak a lakossági igények kielégítése után kapnak részvényt.

A cég GMO-mentes termelésből származó, gluténtől-, laktóztól-, adalékanyagoktól- és vegyszerektől mentes, farm-to-table élelmiszereket gyárt. Termékei között tészták, olajok és malomipari termékek egyaránt megtalálhatók.
