An award-winning entry by the BME architecture team, created for the 2024 XII. Student Idea Exchange Competition organised by the Real Estate Developers’ Roundtable Association. One of the competition’s themes was the transformation of Rákosrendező, while the other focused on repurposing an existing building in the Zoo and creating a panda habitat. As part of the professional collaboration between Portfolio and IFK, the Portfolio Property Awards audience, representing the most important players in the domestic real estate sector, will have the opportunity to explore the perspectives, visions, and ideas of the next generation. Rákosrendező is expected to remain a key development focus for the capital and for the Hungarian real estate and construction community for many years to come.
