The domestic construction industry is on new foundations! A stop in public investments, an unpredictable energy environment, skyrocketing inflation and interest rates, wage tensions, and foreign competitors are just some of the risks and influencing factors that make the daily life of the domestic economy, including the construction industry, more difficult. Now, most people have survival in mind, not a two-digit growth. The world has changed enormously in the last year as well. In addition, a new investment law is coming, which will set the processes on a different path, hopefully, one that is more predictable and more beneficial for domestic actors. What should we expect? How should we prepare?

The municipality now offers more than three dozen development areas to real estate developers near Üllői Street. The “Main Street of our District” concept could allow building on nearly 6.5 hectares on 10 hectares of land in the city centre.
