László Bencsik graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at the Budapest University of Economic Science in 1996. He obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the INSEAD Business School Program of France in 1999. Following his higher education studies he was working for Andersen Consulting until 1999 as a consultant. From 2000 he was the project manager of the McKinsey&Company Inc. consulting firm. From 2003 he was the executive director of the bank management directorate of OTP Bank. From 1 August, 2009 he has been deputy CEO of OTP Bank, head of the Strategy and Finances Division.
