Portfolio Property Awards 2021
You should attend the Property Awards ceremony so that we can all honour ourselves and each other with the most important participants in the Hungarian property market in one place and in person, closing another difficult period that was full of challenges but was ultimately successful and brought a number of outstanding performances. Following 2020, 2021 was also a special year with lots of difficulties and sacrifices, but also with a clearly positive outlook starting from the second half of the year and with a bright future in most sectors.
We have reason to celebrate and toast!
In a break with our traditions, this year we are presenting the awards for outstanding performances, solutions and participants not at the end of our Property Investment Forum conference but at a separate networking event, aided by a jury of eight comprising prominent industry professionals. However, the audience of PIF and the readers of Portfolio can also have a say in some of the awards.

Ezek voltak a Property Awards 2021 díjátadó legjobb pillanatai
November 18-án rendeztük meg a Portfolio Property Awards eseményünket, ahol a szakmai program mellett a díjátadó és a networking volt a főszerepben. Az ingatlanpiacról, a gazdaságpolitikáról, majd az energiahordozók vezérelte átalakulásról szóló panelbeszélgetések után összesen 17 kategóriában díjaztuk a 2021-es év legkülönlegesebb és legmeghatározóbb ingatlanpiaci projektjeit, valamint tranzakcióit. A közös ünneplésnek pedig az esti állófogadás, a prosecco és gin bár, valamint a champagne és whisky kostoló adott keretet. Gratulálunk a győzteseknek, az összes hosszabb és rövidebb listára felkerült indulónak és köszönjük mindenkinek, aki eljött őket megünnepelni és a kapcsolatait építeni! Jövő tavasszal találkozzunk újra a Portfolio Property X eseményünkön!
Ők lettek 2021-ben az ingatlanpiac legjobbjai!
Immár tizenkettedik alkalommal osztottuk ki a Portfolio Property Awards díjait, ezel elismerve a 2021-es év legkülönlegesebb és legmeghatározóbb ingatlanpiaci projektjeit, valamint tranzakcióit. Egy 8 tagból álló szakmai zsűri döntött az év irodaprojektjéről, az év lakóprojektjéről (100 lakás felett és alatt), az év hotelprojektjéről, az év logisztikai fejlesztéséről, az év irodabérleti és befektetési tranzakciójáról (belföldön és külföldön), az év ingatlanpiaci M&A üzletkötéséről, az év PM és FM cégéről, illetve finanszírozójáról, valamint az év ingatlanpiaci innovációjáról és tehetségéről. Díjaztuk továbbá az év legjobb koncepcióját is, amelyről korábban a szeptemberi Property Investment Forumkon résztvevői szavazhattak, valamint a Portfolio olvasói döntése alapján ugyanebben a kategóriában egy közönség szavazás győztest is hirdettünk. A 17. díjazott pedig egy különdíjat kapott elismerésül.

Az idei évben a pandémia világgazdasági folyamatokra gyakorolt hatásának következtében számos új kockázat és kihívás jelent meg mind a nemzetközi, mind a hazai ingatlanpiacon. Kiderül, hogy kik szerepelnek az idei top50 legmeghatározóbb ingatlanpiaci szereplői között, majd a szakmai programot követően összesen 17 kategóriában díjazzuk a 2021-es év legkülönlegesebb ingatlanpiaci projektjeit, valamint tranzakcióit. In case of a group ticket purchase, Net Média Zrt. is only able to offer a discount if the same person orders and pays for the amount of tickets sufficient to warrant a group discount for the same event during one registration.

We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.
You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.
The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

Please check the Prices menu for the exact content of the ticket. The ticket price does not include accommodation costs. If the booking option is available at the event, you can select and book accommodation during the registration process.
The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. Please check the availability of this on the information tab, and our colleagues are happy to help at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address if you have questions.
The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
