Right now, digital transformation is structured along five key areas in the construction industry: BIM technology, documentation handling, monitoring processes, ensuring mobile access and data asset management. The isolated development of the 5 areas creates a difficult environment, distracting staff from the work that creates value. To decrease softer usage time, the five areas must be considered as a whole.
We will present a knowledge base that provides information on every Hungarian settlement and each significant investment with the help of Artificial Intelligence. The Platform can track the process from government and private investment plans through to the approval process.
The Citadel – a UNESCO World Heritage site – is currently being rebuilt. We applied laser scanning technology, multi-material BIM modelling, and augmented reality to design and support the construction of the 170-year-old structure. In this presentation we will demonstrate how an abandoned fortress became a LOD450 model thanks to Trimble solutions.
Innovative monitoring technologies open new dimensions in the construction industry as key tools, making it possible for project managers to monitor and manage their projects in real time, remotely. Thus, they can significantly improve efficiency and minimise risks. The introduction of these technologies signifies a paradigm shift, facilitating faster and more cost-effective project implementation, enhancing workplace safety, and simplifying transparency and monitoring. This change is an opportunity for the construction industry to redefine the concept of project management through the use of new technologies, encouraging a more efficient and safer working environment.
