OTP Bank is looking for a new colleague for
Head of Equity and Proprietary Trading
position
(Working place: Budapest)
Duties: - Management of the the Cross-assets Proprietary Trading Desk;
- Maintain consistent track record of generating excellent risk-adjusted trading profits;
- Development of equity trading ideas;
- Supporting the Structured Products Desk of the Bank;
- Expanding the potential asset classes for Proprietary Trading;
- Motivating the colleagues of the Desk;
- Managing relationships and generating new trading ideas in cooperation with foreign subsidiary Treasuries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience of Managing a Trading Desk;
- Master's Degree in Economics or Finance;
- Minimum 6 years trading experience;
- Minimum 2 years equity trading experience;
- Excellent track record;
- Fluent English;
- Taking responsibility;
- Accuracy;
- Ability to work independently and also in a team;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills;
- High market risk related stress tolerance.
