Construction Industry 2021
In 2021, we will be holding our third exclusive annual event for the most prominent players in the Hungarian construction industry: the Construction Industry 2021 conference. Following up on the success and growth of recent years, we will be offering a new hybrid format (offline and online) in the spring of 2021 to fit the new world, with a full-day live professional programme and supplementary online content and even more timely topics and more speakers, while also providing room for networking opportunities as much as circumstances allow and honouring outstanding players in the Hungarian construction industry with an award.
The efficiency and profitability of professional construction industry players is determined not just by projects undertaken and completed on time and on specification but is also affected also by a host of other factors from other areas of the economy, innovation and regulation. The availability and distribution of European Union funds, government projects, the capacity and efficiency of individual businesses, labour shortages, the price and availability of construction materials, the opportunities offered by digitalisation and innovation, and the design process are all issues that go beyond the scope and perpetual topics of the construction industry.
We will discuss burning issues and topics including the role of the state with regard to the future of the industry, the challenges and changes due to the pandemic, the labour shortage, the increasingly important role of innovation, digitalisation and robotisation, the deadlines and exchange rate risks keeping the market under pressure, the whitening and financing of the industry, economies of scale and machinisation, the lack of trained young professionals, the new world order that has disrupted the property market, and everything that may be important to the future of the Hungarian construction industry with regard to constructors, regulators, developers, designers, operators, inspectors, educators, financers or lawyers. Szárnyaló építőipar? Ugyan már, nemsokára robban az ágazat!
Az alapanyagárak szárnyalása alapján azt hinnénk, hogy az építőipar is fellendülőben van, az ágazat volumenét tekintve azonban még várni kell a visszapattanásra - derül ki Gáspár János, a Buildecon ügyvezetőjének Építőipar 2021 konferencián tartott előadásából. Nagy baj azonban nincs, hiszen az ágazat ciklikusságát tekintve most lehetünk a hullámvölgy végén és jövőre már beindulhat a konjunktúra az építésgazdaságban. A prognózis nem csak hasraütésre született, hanem komoly elemzőmunka áll a hátterében, amelybe némi betekintést is engedett az előadó.
Egyre jobb kilátások a Molnál: így épül fel a toronyépület
Az alaplemez alsó síkjától a zárófödém tetejéig mérve 136 méter magas, összesen 33 emeletes Mol Campus tartószerkezete 18 hónap alatt készült el. Elképesztő kihívásokkal és még hihetetlenebb megoldásokkal mostanra a toronyépület már túl van zárófödém betonozásán is, és már a 20. emeleten jár a homlokzati elemek elhelyezése. Wolf András, a Market Építő műszaki igazgatója mutatta be, hogy hol tart a projekt kivitelezése az Építőipar 2021 konferencián.
A 2-3 nap home office már okozhat bajt - Jön a területcsökkentések időszaka?
Az idei évtől az építőipari szereplők számára is egyre nagyobb hangsúlyt kap a szektorhoz köthető fenntarthatósági és karbonsemlegességi kötelezettségek és vállalások teljesítése. Az EU 2050-ig tűzte ki a minden szektorra kiterjedő karbonsemlegesség elérését, de ez az ambiciózus cél egyben azt is jelenti, hogy az építőipari szereplőknek már most el kell aktívan kezdeni az energiafelhasználás visszaszorítását és a kibocsátások folyamatos csökkentését. Számos pénzügyi finanszírozás is a fenntarthatósági célok teljesítéséhez kötött, ami további lépéskényszer elé állítja a szereplőket. Többek között ezekről a kérdésekről beszélt Barta Zsombor MRICS, a Greenbors Consulting Kft. alapító partnere, a HuGBC (Magyar Környezettudatos Építés Egyesülete), elnöke az Építőipar 2021 konferencián. Az előadás emellett a karbonkibocsátás csökkentésének lehetőségeit, illetve a Párizsi Klímacélok teljesítéséhez kapcsolódó ösztönzőket és eszközöket is bemutatta. A szekció záró panelbeszélgetésében pedig a pandémia szektoronkénti hatásait vitatták meg a szakértők, kiemelve az irodafejlesztésekkel kapcsolatos bizonytalan környezetet.
Ez lehet a csodafegyver az építőipari hatékonyságnövelésben
Az elmúlt hónapokban egyre többször szerepelt a hírekben a kormányzati oldalról is kiemelt feladatokkal megbízott ÉMI Építésügyi Minőségellenőrző Innovációs Nonprofit Kft. A 60 éves múltra visszatekintő állami vállalatot az elmúlt két évben sikerült újrapozicionálni, ami mostanra a legnagyobb építőanyagokat vizsgáló laboratórium lett, konkrét feladatokat megvalósítva. Hogy pontosan mi az ÉMI szerepe az építésgazdaságban, arról Gyutai Csaba, az ÉMI vezérigazgatója beszélt az Építőipar 2021 konferencián, ahol a harmadik szekcióban a tervezés és az építőipar hatékonyságának kapcsolatáról is beszéltek a szakértők.
A NAV annyi adatból dolgozik, mint egy 96 év hosszú HD minőségű film mérete
A pénzügyi kérdések és a digitalizációs, adatelemzős törekvések sokszor nehézkesen épülnek be egy építőipari cég életébe. Sok a feladat a tervezéstől a megvalósításig. Finanszírozás, árfolyamkockázat, adóügyek, kötvények, támogatások, körbetartozás, határidők. Ha nem lenne elég a szakmával járó rengeteg extra teher és újdonság adaptálása, lekövetése, megoldása, akkor még ott egy jóadag pénzügyi kérdés és kockázat is. A beruházás tervezésére és a kiadások ütemezésére, illetve pontos felmérésére szerencsére már van technológia, sőt egy BIM alapú költségvetési szoftver már a geometrikus terveket is képes pénzügyi modellé konvertálni. A pontos számítások a hatékonysághoz is hozzájárulnak, ami egy elengedhetetlen része annak, hogy kevésbé fájjon a cégeknek a teljesen fehér adózás, és a megfelelően bejelentett munkások alkalmazása. Ez ugyanis a cél, amit a NAV a rendelkezésre álló leírhatatlan és felfoghatatlan mennyiségű adatával igyekszik is ösztönözni.
Kiderült, ki kapta 2021-ben "Az Év Építőipari Személyisége" díjat
Harmadik alkalom, hogy megrendeztük az Építőipar 2021 konferenciát, ahol a szakmát érintő legaktuálisabb kérdéseket és legfontosabb területeket lefedő előadások, és panelbeszélgetések mellett, idén is kihirdettük a Market Építő Zrt. és a Portfolio által közösen alapított "Az Év Építőipari Személyisége" díj nyertesét, aki idén nem más, mint Peresztegi Imre, a ZÁÉV Építőipari Zrt. igazgatósági tagja, egykori vezérigazgatója és igazgatósági elnöke.
A digitalizáció hozza el az építőipar forradalmát
A digitalizáció középpontjában a hatékonyság növelése áll, melynek érdekében egyre több gép és eszköz áll rendelkezésre. Ahhoz, hogy a működésünket optimalizálni tudjuk rengeteg adatra és információra van szükség. Hogy hogyan támogatja mindezt az innováció és technológia, milyen megoldások teremthetik meg az adatalapú döntéshozatal alapjait, arról beszéltek az Építőipar 2021 konferencia második szekciójának szakértői.
A nap, sőt a hónap jó híre: megállhat a durván megdrágult építőipari anyagok áremelkedése
Az árak, az anyagok, a munkaerő és szabályozás kérdése különös hangsúlyt kapott az Építőipar 2021 konferencián. Az egyik legjobb hír a mai napon, amit az anyagárak kapcsán a konferencia résztvevői, illetve a kivitelezők, építtetők kaphattak, hogy már most júniusban vége szakadhat az egyes építőipari anyagárak emelkedésének.
A 2019-es fejlesztési volument még legalább 2-3 év, amire elérjük
Milyen kockázatot lát a szakma a jövő állami, önkormányzati projektjeivel és a piaci projektekkel kapcsolatban? Vajon 2022 után milyen ösztönzők lehetnek? Mennyi munka lesz az építőiparban? Többek között ezekről a kérdésekről beszélgettek a Portfolio Építőipar 2021 konferencia második szekciójának szakértői, Ditróy Gergely, a Portfolio ingatlandivízió-vezetőjének moderálásában.

A drasztikus áremelkedésre, a lehetséges megoldásokra és a magyar építőipari alapanyaggyártás felpörgetésére is kitértek a konferencia résztvevői.
Nagy Márton: harcba kell szállni a külföldi alapanyaggyártó cégekkel szemben
A magyar otthonteremtési program célja, hogy Magyarországon minél többeknek legyen saját tulajdonú otthona. Míg nyugaton jellemzően bérlakásokban élnek az emberek, addig részletes felmérések alapján a magyarok számára fontosabb a saját tulajdonú lakás, éppen ezért folyamatosan vizsgáljuk ezen programok működését és figyelembe vesszük a javaslatokat. Idén elindítottuk az otthonfelújítási támogatásokat, aminek egyik legnagyobb előnye, hogy ennek hatására már nem kell elköltözni ahhoz, hogy a támogatást igénybe lehessen venni – emelte ki Novák Katalin, családokért felelős tárca nélküli miniszter a Portfolio Építőipar 2021 konferenciáján. A hazai építőipar helyzetét, főbb kihívásait és a lehetséges megoldásokat pedig Nagy Márton, a Miniszterelnöki Kabinetiroda Miniszterelnöki gazdaságpolitikai főtanácsadója foglalta össze.

NOTICE
Under Section 6/C, Paragraph (3) of Government Decree 484/2020 (10 November) on the second phase of pandemic defence measures during the state of emergency, our events may only be attended by people immune to the coronavirus.
Net Média Zrt. as the organiser has an obligation to verify the immunity of all participants, which they may prove either by an immunity certificate as per Section 2/A of the decree, or the equivalent application-based certificate as per Government Decree 60/2021 (12 February). Both require personal ID as well. Please bring the above documents to the event, as otherwise Net Média Zrt. as organiser has the right and obligation to deny and prevent entry to the event even with a valid ticket, as per Section 6/C Paragraph (5) of the decree.
In case entry to the event fails due to the above, we will have to treat it as a no-show, which means the person in question will not be eligible to a refund.
Wearing a mask is not mandatory at our events, but we do recommend wearing a mask in all situations where a distance of at least 1.5 m from other participants can not be ensured.
Our staff, as well as the staff of the hotel hosting the event, will do everything to make the environment of the event and the equipment used by participants fully safe. We hope to see you soon in person at a Portfolio event.

We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.
You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.
The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
