Sustainability and environmental protection are essential topics nowadays.
Rightfully, since we are talking about our future. It seriously concerns young people in their twenties, that is, Generation Z. They are filled with questions and fears, but they also have ideas for solutions. That is why we are organising the PORTFOLIO GEN Z FEST /GREEN in 2023 to provide a space for asking questions, responses, and debates.
It will not be an average #savetheplanet event. We are not greenwashing. This is about our future so we act, seek and offer solutions for young people, with young people.
The goal is to target and mobilise Gen Z. They are the decision-makers of the future so it is important that sustainability and environmental protection are matters close to their hearts. For this, we must clarify basic terminology, answer their questions, and present people and companies they can trust in this subject.
It is important that company leaders, decision-makers, and HR + PR experts are present at the festival. We need their knowledge, we must learn from their mistakes and carry on together, thinking jointly since our common goal is to achieve a green future.
We are bringing an exciting and useful sustainability festival to life in CEU Downtown. We are addressing young people, we are not talking into thin air but providing them with tools and possible solutions that they can build into their everydays and prepare for the future; the green future. They can ask, debate, and try things out on this day as the future is in their hands (too).

Komoly versenyképességi hátrány fenyegeti Magyarországot - A nők kezében a megoldás
A technológiai szektor a világon az egyik leginnovatívabb, folyamatosan fejlődő terület, ahol a fizetések is kiemelkedőek. Magyarországon ennek ellenére 20 év alatt 10 százalékponttal esett vissza az informatika szakon tanuló nők aránya. Európai szinten jóval kevesebb nő választja a mérnöki, természettudományos és informatikai pályát, mint férfi. 2027-re az EU-ban több millió munkavállaló fog hiányozni csak a tech szektorból. Az egyértelmű, hogy amennyiben nem történik célzott intézkedés a női hallgatók arányának a növelésére, amely segíti a munkaerőpiaci arányok elmozdulását, Magyarország jelentős gazdasági és versenyképességi hátrányba kerül. Nagyon fontos megértenünk a fiatal generáció igényeit - ezért is szervezzük meg november 9-én a Gen Z Fest/ Green rendezvényünket, amely ezúttal a jövő munkahelyeinek kérdéseit fenntarthatósági nézőpontból veszi elő.

Egyetlen pillanat alatt fordult a kocka: a fiatalok tanítják az időseket
A Z-generációs munkavállalók egy rendkívül nehéz időszakban kezdték a karrierjüket, az AI azonban hirtelen felértékelte képességeiket, és most akár idősebb kollégáik mentorává is előléphetnek. Vajon az, hogy - ahogy más digitális eszközöket, úgy - a mesterséges intelligenciát is magától értetődő természetességgel használják, segít majd nekik előrejutni karrierjükben hosszú távon?
Mi lett veled Gen Z? Érdekel még a környezeted, a jövőd?
Halljuk és tapasztaljuk is, hogy a fiatalabb korosztály sokkal fogékonyabb és egyben érdekeltebb is a klímaváltozás lassítása, a környezet védelme iránti intézkedésekben. Sok fiatalnál már zsigerből jönnek a legegyszerűbb tennivalók, a szeleketív hulladékgyűjtés, a termékek újrahasználata, a természet tisztelete és még sorolhatnánk. Mégis egy legutóbbi felmérés, amely során a WWF Magyarország a 18-59 éveseket kérdezte a fenntarthatósági hozzáállásukról, csalódást keltő eredmények születtek a 30 év alattiak esetében, akik most jóval kisebb arányban vallották magukat környezettudatosnak, mint egy 3 évvel ezelőtti felmérésben. Kiábrándultak a Gen Z és a legfiatalabb Y generációsok? Vagy csak őszintébb válaszokat adnak a felmérésekre? A cikkben nem fogunk tudni választ adni a kérdésre, de épp az ilyen vitás, kérdéses tényekre, helyzetekre reagálva november 9-én lehetőséget biztosítunk a fiatal felnőtteknek, hogy minden, amit a zöld világról tudni és elmondani akarnak, azt meg is tehessék. We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.
You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.
The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

Please check the Prices menu for the exact content of the ticket. The ticket price does not include accommodation costs. If the booking option is available at the event, you can select and book accommodation during the registration process.
The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. Please check the availability of this on the information tab, and our colleagues are happy to help at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address if you have questions.
The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
