Portfolio-MAGE Industry 4.0 conference 2019
Although Industry 4.0 has become a widely used term, people still mean various things by it. There is no unified perception concerning its necessity, its purpose, or the methodology of its implementation. All experts agree, however, that those who do not take measures to introduce it may eventually fall behind the competition. We also hear a lot about how Industry 4.0 is about robots, while the efficiency of processes is an aspect less talked about. It is also not entirely clear whether it is a one-off upgrade or part of ongoing development, or what the recommended mode of implementation is at various levels of development and economies of scale. The programme of our conference will deal with the above topics based on case studies and business experiences.
Portfolio and the Association of the Hungarian Automotive Industry (MAGE) have been organising joint events since 2015, and this is the second year the Industry 4.0 conference will be part of the AUTOMOTIVE HUNGARY international trade show for car industry suppliers. Our goal this year remains the same: to present the best practices and innovations of the sector to the entire Hungarian manufacturing industry, as well as to highlight the best domestic industrial digitalisation projects and examples.

Rekordmagas érdeklődés mellett zajlott múlt héten a Portfolio és a Magyar Gépjárműipari Egyesület (MAGE) idei Ipar 4.0 konferenciája, mely során Magyarország legfejlettebb üzemeinek vezetői első kézből ismertették az általuk használt, negyedik ipari forradalomhoz köthető vívmányokat és megosztották a közönsséggel azt is, hogy melyek a sikeres fejlesztések kulcstényezői.
Gyenge az innováció Magyarországon - bajban vannak a kkv-k?
Kevés az innovatív vállalat Magyarországon, pedig innováció nélkül nehezen maradhatnak hosszabb távon versenyképesek a kkv-k, melyek Magyarország munkaerejének közel 70%-át foglalkoztatják. Az állam már több intézményen keresztül is támogatja a kkv-k fejlődését, emellett az Ipar 4.0 számos olyan megoldást hozott – például a Twin Factoryket -, melyek segítségével a kiadásokat is optimalizálni lehet. A Portfolio és a MAGE által megrendezett Ipar 4.0 konferencián a kkv-k és a kkv-kat támogató intézmények képviselői osztották meg az iparági best practice-eket és tanácsokat arra vonatkozóan, hogy érdemes innoválni és az innovációkat finanszírozni.

Automatikusan helyet változtató gyári berendezésekről, önmagukat fejlesztő termelési folyamatokról, ma még sok cég számára futurisztikusnak tűnő adatpoolokról is szó esett a MAGE és a Portfolio mai Ipar 4.0 konferenciájának ebédszünet előtti panelbeszélgetésében.
Így érdemes meglovagolni a Magyarországon végigsöprő digitális hullámot
A negyedik ipari forradalom már nem szimplán egy távoli ábránd: most is számos magyar vállalat használ digitális eszközöket termelésmenedzsmenthez, karbantartáshoz, tréninghez és szimulációhoz egymástól nagyon eltérő szektorokban. A Portfolio-MAGE Ipar 4.0 konferenciáján hazai vállalatok és nemzetközi cégek hazai üzletágainak vezetői osztották meg tapasztalataikat arra vonatkozóan, hogy érdemes a jövő technológiáit; IoT-t, kiterjesztett valóságot, robotokat, digitális kontrolleszközöket hasznosítani és előnyünkre fordítani.
Az Ipar 4.0 lehet a válasz a magyar gazdaságot fenyegető kihívásokra
Kiváló megoldást jelent a munkaerőhiány és a növekvő bérek által okozott kihívások kezelésére a technológiai fejlődés, az Ipar 4.0-hoz köthető technológiák adaptációja pedig tervezési, finanszírozási és adózási szempontból is optimalizálható. Erre konkrét példákat, tippeket a Portfolio-MAGE Ipar 4.0 konferencián szállítottak az előadó szakemberek.
Betörtek Magyarországra a jövő technológiái: így tarthatjuk a lépést a digitális forradalommal
Mind a nagyvállalatoknak, mind a kkv-szektornak pozitív változásokat tartogat az Ipar 4.0, a projektek sikerességéhez viszont fontos, hogy megfelelően előkészített stratégia mentén, az erőforrások optimalizációja mellett, ideális esetben egy dedikált csapat vezetésével valósuljanak meg a fejlesztési folyamatok – mondta el Godány Tamás, a ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions divíziójának magyarországi cégvezetője a Portfolio-nak. A szakember hozzátette: a kkv-k egyik nagy előnye a nagyvállalatokkal szemben a rugalmasság, melynek segítségével képesek gyorsan reagálni a szükséges változásokra.
Százezrek munkahelyeit fenyegeti Magyarországon a negyedik ipari forradalom - mi lehet a megoldás?
A Magyarországon gyártott autók egyik nagy vonzereje a nyugati fogyasztók szemében, hogy kézzel rakjuk össze az itt készült járműveket, most viszont a robotizáció azzal fenyeget, hogy eltünteti a kézzel végzett munkát. Mindez nem jelent végzetes veszélyt Kováts-Megyesi Balázs, a Plant Design létesítménytervező vállalat vezérigazgatója szerint, aki úgy véli, hogy, a nagyvállalatok fókuszában lévő automatizáció teljesen újfajta munkahelyeket teremthet, sőt, még a munkaidőnk is csökkenhet, viszont nem jelent megoldást az alapjövedelem a robotok terjedése miatt kialakult esetleges munkanélküliségre. A szakember elmondta azt is, hogy Magyarországon már most is rengeteg fejlett ipari megoldás létezik: okosgyárak, fejlett létesítményirányító rendszerek, sőt, a Plant Design drónjai már képesek előre programozott útvonalakon, önállóan haladni és felvételeket is készíteni.
Magyarországra is betört a negyedik ipari forradalom - Több helyen már a legkorszerűbb eszközök működnek
A legkorszerűbb egészségügyi eszközök jelenleg az állami kórházaknál is elérhetők, de a további innovációval kapcsolatosan komoly problémát jelent ezen intézmények magas adósságállománya. Az ipari és mezőgazdasági cégek viszont számos területen fejlesztenek, egyes üzemek már teljesen robotizált gyártósorokat és önvezető járműveket is használnak Magyarországon - mondta Kővágó Károly, az Asseco Central Europe Magyarország vezérigazgatója. Az Asseco egyébként számos ilyen innovációból kivette a részét; informatikai szoftvereik a legmodernebb egészségügyi eszközök és gyártási technológiák hátterét biztosítják, de fejlesztenek megoldásokat pénzintézeteknek is. A vállalat vezetője elárulta azt is, hogy kisebb költségvetésből, a kkv-szektor szereplői is sikeresen innoválhatnak, ilyen eszköz lehet például a vizualizáció is.

We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.
You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.

The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, credit card payment is also available on-site at the registration desk with our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still can't find the code after checking the folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
