Hungary OTP Board member sells company shares for HUF 75 mn

László Utassy, member of OTP’s Board of Directors, sold 9,533 OTP shares at an average price of HUF 7,961, for a total of HUF 75.89 million (EUR 241,442). It was surely not this transaction that lifted OTP’s share price yesterday, as total turnover with the shares was HUF 2.28 billion.

Utassy acquired 14,612 OTP ordinary shares at an average price of HUF 5,176 within the framework of OTP’s Remuneration policy on Tuesday.
