Two and a half years after the pandemic outbreak, there are still many question marks, risks, and difficulties in the real estate market, to which, according to optimists, we should have known the answers one year ago. It did not happen, like that, at least not in everything. The new world order has caused severe damage to some sub-markets, but there has been tremendous progress and development in other areas. This shift between the old and new world is still lasting, and power relations are still evolving. We may be more aware of the real damage and the concrete changes and transformations, but it will be many years (if ever) before we reach a new fixed point. Rebuilding the market and placing it on new foundations, inserting the new normal remains our task. Change should not be seen as a threat but always as an opportunity to seize and exploit, which is increasingly supported by fresh knowledge nowadays.
There could not be a better occasion to create the informational and networking background needed for our company, business model, and investments than a personal meeting where this vibrating, lively market full of professional and friendly contacts, the world of skilled real estate workers can come together, shake hands, drink merrily, celebrate again, and, naturally, exchange opinions, debate, and listen to the market’s influencers on the most important professional and business questions.

We will present the Portfolio Property Awards again at the same time and place as the conference! Idén szeptemberben újra összegyűlt az ingatlanszakma a Property Investment Forum 2022 konferencián. Az egész napos rendezvényen rengeteg szakmai beszélgetést és előadást hallgathatott végig a közönség, a szünetekben és a nap zárásaként tartott állófogadáson pedig a networkingé volt a főszerep. Ezúttal képeken mutatjuk meg, hogy telt a szeptember 15-i PIF az ingatlanpiac szakértőivel.

Már a tizenharmadik alkalommal osztottuk ki a Portfolio Property Awards díjait, ezel elismerve a 2022-es év legkülönlegesebb és legmeghatározóbb ingatlanpiaci projektjeit és tranzakcióit. A 8 tagból álló szakmai zsűri döntött az év PM és FM cégéről, az év finanszírozójáról, az év lakóprojektjéről (100 lakás felett és alatt), az év irodabérleti és raktárbérleti tranzakciójáról, valamint hotelprojektjéről, az év ipariingatlan-fejlesztéséről, illetve irodafejlesztéséről, az év befektetési tranzakciójáról (belföldön és külföldön) és az év ingatlanpiaci tehetségéről. Díjaztuk továbbá az év legjobb koncepcióját is, amelyről a Property Investment Forum résztvevői szavazhattak. Kiosztottunk egy emlékdíjat, valamint a 16. díjazott egy különdíjat kapott elismerésül.

Már meghallgatható a Portfolio Checklist csütörtöki adása, melynek keretében szerkesztve közöljük a ma megrendezett Property Investment Forum 2022 konferencia makrogazdasági paneljén elhangzottakat, melyben a résztvevők egyebek mellett az energiaársokk, az euró árfolyam, a hazai növekedési kilátások és más makrogazdasági tényezők ingatlanpiaci implikációit vitatták meg. Jelenleg minden a gázárak körül forog, ezért nehéz gazdasági előrejelzéseket is tenni – hangzott el a Portfolio Property Investment Forum konferenciájának panelbeszélgetésében. A közgazdászok szerint a fő kérdés az, mennyire lesz mély és hosszú a recesszió a gazdaságban, de van esélyünk arra, hogy ne egy több évig elhúzódó válság felé tartsunk éppen. Nincs megnyugvás a világban, de az ingatlan egy örök biztos pont maradhat. Elindult a Portfolio Property Investment Forum konferencia, a nyitóelőadásokban többek között az állami beruházási politikába kaphattak betekintést a résztvevők. Csepreghy Nándor, az Építési és Beruházási Minisztérium parlamenti államtitkára, miniszterhelyettese beszámolt arról, hogy milyen szempontok szerint alakították ki az új építészügyi keretjogszabályokat, amik várhatóan szeptember végén, október elején kerülnek az Országgyűlés elé.

We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.
You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.
The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. Please check the availability of this on the information tab, and our colleagues are happy to help at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address if you have questions.
The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
