Red alert! A new front may be opening in Hungarian workplaces. Like it or not, the coronavirus pandemic will stay with us this year, and the flickering light at the end of the tunnel will bring new challenges in addition to the much-awaited sigh of relief. While last year, almost everyone managed to mount the hurdles with some degree of success, even making substantial headway in areas such as atypical forms of employment or digitalisation, the return to normal will not be without hiccups, either. All the more so because evaluation of the measures hastily introduced is yet to be completed, and the upcoming reopening currently presents serious challenges to business decision-makers, so HR professionals will have to provide clear support.
It's time to face the music: the characteristics of today's labour market require a completely different approach and much bigger flexibility from employers than before. The businesses that emerge stronger from these circumstances will be the ones that are the first to recognise how serious the situation is and the first to come up with unconventional employment solutions. Today, these require measurable results, which in turn rely on a completely new approach. The conference aims to provide help to executives in re-planning the most important HR processes. At present it is a key issue when and how work begins on tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, staff retention, talent management, work organisation or the development of the employer's brand.

Mi jut eszünkbe arról, hogy munkavállalói integráció? - indította előadását ezzel a kérdéssel Halász Erika, a KPMG szenior menedzsere a Porfolio HR Revolution konferenciáján. Mérhető előnyöket teremt az integrációs stratégia kialakítása és implementálása, mivel várhatóan növeli a produktivitást, javítja a morált és így jó hatással van az elkötelezettségre is. Ez közös érdek mind a munkáltató, mind a munkavállaló szempontjából, és már nem társadalmi felelősségvállalásról beszélünk. A KPMG szenior menedzsere szerint alapvetően szemléletváltásra lenne szükség a munkavállalói integráció területén.
Mit, hogyan, mikor? Szervezeti kihívások a post-COVID korszak hajnalán címen tartották meg a Portfolio HR Revolution 2021 második szekciójának panelbeszélgetését, melyet Lukács Zsolt, a Telkes Consulting Managing Partnere moderált. A beszélgetés középpontjában természetesen koronavírus-járvány volt, és a vállalatokra gyakorolt hatására, de sokkal nagyobb hangsúlyt kapott az újraindulás, és az ahhoz kapcsolódó stratégiai kérdések.
Kánaán lehet a Balatonnál, elindult egy bérspirál, gondot okoz a szakemberhiány, de egyéb kihívásokkal is meg kell küzdeni a munkaerőpiacon a koronavírus-járvány miatt, amely az egyes szektorokat különböző módon érintette. A pandémia okozta megpróbáltatásokról, az otthoni és a hibrid munkavégzésről osztották meg tapasztalataikat nagyvállalati vezetők a Portfolio HR Revolution konferenciáján, amelyen egyebek mellett az újraindulásban rejlő potenciálokról, és, hogy abban milyen feladat hárul a HR-re, is szó esett.

De megtudtuk azt is, hogy az iroda, mint közös munkahelyi tér nem tűnik el a jövőben sem, funkciója azonban nagyon meg fog változni.

Baja Sándor a Randstad Hungary Kft. ügyvezető igazgatója a konferencia második előadásában azokról a demográfiai kihívásokról beszélt, melyekkel szembe kell néznie az országnak, de szót ejtett 2021 legfontosabb toborzási eszközeiről, ahogy az elmúlt hónapok főbb munkaerőpiaci folyamatairól is.

Under Section 6/C, Paragraph (3) of Government Decree 484/2020 (10 November) on the second phase of pandemic defence measures during the state of emergency, our events may only be attended by people immune to the coronavirus.
Net Média Zrt. as the organiser has an obligation to verify the immunity of all participants, which they may prove either by an immunity certificate as per Section 2/A of the decree, or the equivalent application-based certificate as per Government Decree 60/2021 (12 February). Both require personal ID as well. Please bring the above documents to the event, as otherwise Net Média Zrt. as organiser has the right and obligation to deny and prevent entry to the event even with a valid ticket, as per Section 6/C Paragraph (5) of the decree.
In case entry to the event fails due to the above, we will have to treat it as a no-show, which means the person in question will not be eligible to a refund.
Wearing a mask is not mandatory at our events, but we do recommend wearing a mask in all situations where a distance of at least 1.5 m from other participants can not be ensured.

You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.
The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
