According to the ministry's statement, Péter Szijjártó said at the announcement of the new capacity expansion investment by Denso that the automotive supplier will set up a division specialising in the production of electric and hybrid plug-in vehicle components in Székesfehérvár.

The HUF 25 billion development project, which will create 55 new jobs and retraining opportunity for 135 people, will be supported by the state to the tune of HUF 3.6 billion.

The minister also pointed out that Hungary is already the 14th largest exporter of inverters in the world, and the newly announced investment will further improve this position.
