Another automotive investment in Hungary

The Minister said that another development agreement had been reached with the automotive company. He stressed that the HUF 9.3 billion investment will see the expansion of the capacity of the bumper, painting and welding plants, the acquisition of high-tech machinery and the construction of a solar power plant.

Péter Szijjártó said that the state will provide HUF 1.9 billion in support for this, thus contributing to the company's workforce in Hungary reaching three thousand employees.

The Minister welcomed that the newly announced development will further strengthen the presence of Japanese companies in Hungary. He said that companies from the East Asian country constitute the seventh largest investor community in Hungary.
