Reporter: Are you sure that [the Socalists'] coalition partner, the Free Democrats (SzDSz) will approve the capital gains tax proposal?

Tibor Draskovics : I cannot be sure in anything. The government makes proposals, but is up to Parliament to decide whether to approve them. This [capital gains tax] is what the government will propose to Parliament and I do hope governing parties will give their support to it. I also hope that the opposition party which made this proposal a few months ago will also say yes to it.
