Fraport to opt out of BudAir bidding, BAA to win - source
The winner of the 75%-minus-one-vote stake will be either Britain's BAA Plc or Germany's Hochtief AG.
BAA is currently said to be in the lead with an offer in the excess of HUF 400 billion.
