COVID-19 in Hungary: 13 new cases on Sunday
The 13 new cases confirmed on Sunday can still be considered very low, although the number is slightly above the average of 8 in the past week.

There were no fatalities for the second consecutive day, which means the seen-day average has decreased further as well. As the number of active cases is also dropping, no increase is expected in fatalities in the coming period.

Of the new cases confirmed, 9 were in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county and 1 each in Budapest and Pest, Vas and Hajdú-Bihar counties.
The Hungarian government on Sunday introduced restrictions on entering the country as case numbers in neighbouring countries have been increasing.
