Gyulai Agrár Zrt. is engaged in milk production, animal husbandry, and crop cultivation. Founded in 2000, the company employs 88 people, farms over 1,500 hectares and produces 8 million litres of milk annually from a herd of 800 dairy cows. Gyulai Agrár Zrt. produces most of its own feed and also provides agricultural services, including machine work, sales of input materials, drying plant services, crop purchasing and storage.

Lőrinc Mészáros, a childhood friend of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Hungary's richest person with a wealth of over HUF 1.4 trillion, emphasised that Gyulai Agrár Zrt. is a good fit for Talentis Agro's portfolio. Synergies within the group will ensure the business's long-term stability and profitability, and help to preserve jobs.

This acquisition further strengthens Talentis Agro's presence in Békés County, while Gyulai Agrár Zrt. is

preparing to implement new investment projects under its new ownership.
