Hungary Plaza Centers parts with remaining malls

Hungary's Plaza Centers, fully-owned by the Elbit Medical Imagint Ltd. (EMI) announced on Wednesday that it would sell its four remaining shopping malls in the country to British Dawnay Day Europe Group. The deal is valued at EUR 56.5 million.
Plaza Centers finalised the sales transaction of 12 shopping malls to Klepierre Group of France on 30 July. Klepierre is a leading owner and operator of shopping centres in Europe.

Plaza Centers remaning malls are located in Veszprém, Pécs, Sopron and Szombathely.

When it comes to Plaza Centers transactions, you should not be surprised if in the end they sign the contract with someone else than the announced buyer.
