BNP holds a few more shares in Hungary's MOL than previously known

Portfolio
Hungarian oil and gas group MOL has announced on Wednesday before its annual general meeting would take place in the afternoon that BNP has about 50,000 more MOL shares than previously known. The control of MOL's management remains 43%, at least according to currently available public information.

Today's announcement is but a minor correction and will not change the power lines in MOL. Management still controls 43% of shares and MOL still has a 20.2% stake. The planned cancellation of 5% of the treasury shares will not bring about noteworthy changes to situation.
