Supervisory Board, BoD members resign at Hungary's Magyar Telekom

Hungary's Magyar Telekom has announced the resignation of Supervisory Board and Board of Directors members on Thursday.
Péter Vermes, an employee representative member of Magyar Telekom's Supervisory Board, resigned from his position as a member of the Company's Supervisory Board as of 1 April.

Jutta Burke, also a member of the Supervisory Board, resigned from her position as of 2 April.

Michael Günther, Lothar A. Harings and Gregor Stücheli, members of the Board of Directors, resigned from their positions as members of the Company's Board of Directors as of 2 April.

Magyar Telekom plans to nominate new board directors at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held today.
