Hungarian drugs producer Egis has on Friday lowered its guidance for 2013 sales revenues for Hungary, Russia and Eastern Europe. It has also revised its API sales projection and now it expects a 10-15% decline versus 0-5% growth envisaged in May. The guidance for the company’s next financial year does not look pretty, either.
Egis published its second-quarter earnings figures on Thursday afternoon, after market close, causing a huge disappointment by considerably undershooting the profit estimates.
