The market capitalisation of Waberer's could be between 90.5 and 111.7 billion forints, based on the offer price range published by the logistics company on Monday. This means Waberer’s could be the sixth largest BUX member on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE).
According to the prospectus, Waberer's would issue 3,088,236 new shares on top of its registered share capital of 14,654,028 ordinary shares. This also means that Waberer’s could have up to 17,742,264 ordinary shares after the IPO. Based on this number and the fact that the offer price range was set to between HUF 5,100 and HUF 6,300 per share, the company’s market capitalisation could be between HUF 90.5 bn and HUF 111.7 bn.
This would make Waberer’s the sixth largest BUX member behind OTP, Mol, Richter, Magyar Telekom and Elmű, in terms of market capitalisation. This also implies that the company will not make it to the blue chips, the smallest of which (MTel) enjoys a market capitalisation of HUF 483 bn.
