Hungarian insurer triples share capital
The capital increase, as approved by the company’s general meeting, will be carried out by increasing the nominal value of 94,428,260 dematerialized ordinary (series A) shares from HUF 33 to HUF 100.
The Board of Directors states that the equity in excess of registered capital in the balance sheet of the business year closed with the last financial report provides cover for the capital increase, the statement said.
CIG Pannónia will inform shareholders about the subsequent share exchange, the company said.
