Masterplast prepares for HUF 6 bn bond issue
Masterplast has taken initial steps to participate in the Bond Funding for Growth Scheme of the National Bank of Hungary (MNB) in the 10-year segment, the statement said.
The decision of the company on the potential issue of bonds and, provided such approval is granted, on the aggregate amount of the bonds to be issued, the applicable interest rates and the timing of the bond issuance shall be determined at a later date and shall be communicated in due course, Masterplast said.
This would be the third bond issue by Masterplast, which last issued bonds worth HUF 6 bn in November 2020.
Masterplast shares have gained 121% this year.
