Although the number of new cases was not very high yesterday, it should be noted that Monday’s figures are typically lower due to the weekend effect. The trend remains a slow increase.

The pandemic had 94 fatal victims in Hungary in the past 24 hours, which is a high number and the trend is rising. As case numbers are also on the increase, daily fatalities are not expected to drop significantly in coming days.

We see the same trend in the number of people in hospital ad on ventilators, as both have increased in recent days and rose by 75 and 9, respectively, yesterday.
