Hungary Magyar Telekom to hold extraordinary general meeting

Magyar Telekom, Hungary’s leading telecommunications group, has announced on Tuesday that it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting at 11 A.M. on 22 June 2018 at 1013 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 55.
  • On Tuesday, MTel announced an EGM for 22 June 2018. If the General Meeting does not have a quorum, the Board of Directors convenes the repeated General Meeting to July 4, 2018 at 11.00 a.m. with the same agenda and at the same venue, the headquarters of the group, Tölösi Conference Center 1013 Budapest, 1st district, Krisztina krt. 55.
  • The reason for the EGM is the election of a member of the Board of Directors.
  • The names of shareholders and nominees who intend to participate at the EGM will be registered in the Share Register on the second working day (20 June) prior to the starting date of the General Meeting. Shareholders’ rights and in particular voting rights may be exercised at the General Meeting only by the persons whose names are contained in the Share Register at the time it was closed.
