Hungary Magyar Telekom buys own shares again

Magyar Telekom, Hungary’s leading telecommunications group, has announced on Wednesday that it has purchased 200,000 own shares at an average price of HUF 424 per share for its incentive programme.
  • MTel announced today that on 5 June it purchased 200,000 Magyar Telekom treasury shares at an average price of HUF 424 per share.
  • The purchase was necessary to enable the operation of the incentive programme based on the remuneration policy announced on March 28, it explained.
  • Following this transaction Magyar Telekom holds 3,270,146 treasury shares.
