BlackRock voting right in Hungary's Richter under 5.0%

Gedeon Richter, Hungary’s leading drugs producer, has announced on Thursday that the voting rights of BlackRock relating to Richter shares dropped to under 5%.
  • Richter announced on Thursday that on the basis of information provided by BlackRock on 3 July 2019, BlackRock’s voting right relating to Richter shares dropped to under 5.0%.
  • Richter’s share price dropped 0.4% on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) today and it is now 2.8% lower than at the end of 2018.
