Dr. Viktor Füzi has joined Noerr as an employment and litigation lawyer.

Viktor studied law and graduated from the ELTE University in Budapest in 2005. Subsequently, he continued his education at the Ludwig Maximillian University in Munich in a range of disciplines including German civil law, Labour law and also German company law. During his career to date he has gained broad based experience advising in relation to executive collective dismissals, negotiating with trade unions and advising across all aspects of labour and employment law related matters. Viktor has also extensive experience in litigation law and has been advising in lawsuits con-cerning, amongst others, environmental pollution against environmental authority, cases of liability, cases relating breach of contracts between companies, clients vs. Hungarian Tax Au-thority and dismissal protection. He has experience negotiating with the environmental authority and environmental experts, and prepared legal statements regarding the construction of a wind energy plant and photovoltaic power plants. Dr. Ádám Bodor has joined Noerr as a state aid specialist and a corporate and investment lawyer.

Ádám studied law and graduated from the ELTE University in Budapest, in 2011. During his career as an in-house lawyer working for over 4 years at HIPA (Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency) he has gained extensive experience in the field of state aid and investment law. He is regarded as a prominent expert of state aid and subsidies in Hungary. He has advised in relation to all major investment projects implemented in Hungary in the last four years, and as such, he was responsible for the so-called VIP cash grant/EKD cash grant (which is the most popular existing subsidy program amongst large investors), and was also involved in the preparation of legislation regulating subsidies in Hungary and the EU (including e.g. the new General Block Exemption Regulation of the European Commission and the Government decree on the VIP cash grant). Dr. Ágnes Tompa has joined Noerr as a healthcare and corporate/mergers & acquisitions lawyer. She is the head of the Corporate/M&A department and leads the Phar-ma/Healthcare/Life Sciences practice group of Noerr Budapest.

Ágnes studied law, graduated from the University of Debrecen and has continued her education on European law at the University of Péter Pázmány in Budapest. She also completed Eastern European Political Studies at the University College of London. During her career she has advised on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, restructuring and private equity transactions. She has gained experience working both as a commercial practitioner at international law firms and also as in-house counsel. Ágnes has extensive experience in the pharma sector, has advised companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industry - from startups to large publicly listed companies.
