KLM is extending its lease contract in EWBC (x)

EWBC plays an iconic role in the local office building market. With its 23 thousand square meters of leasable area and 222 parking places, the building offers a "home" to quite a number of international companies and commercial brands. Its unique downtown location with easy access to public transport facilities makes it extremely appealing to tenants. Erste Real Estate purchased the East West Business Center in December 2015 with the aim to carry out the high quality refurbishing to the common areas, as well as investing in the development of the building’s technical standard.

The Hungarian branch office of the airline has been located in EWBC office building since 1993. The corporate is launching commercial and shipping flights worldwide and now they extended their lease for another 5 year, renting nearly 1200 square meters on the 6th floor of EWBC. Erste Real Estate - the owner of the building - fitted the new office space in accordance with the tenant’s requirements. (x)
