Hungary Mol Board member sells company shares

Portfolio
Hungarian fuels group Mol has announced that Zsigmond Járai, Member of its Board of Directors, sold 2,160 Mol shares on 11 November 2016.
Mol has announced that Zsigmond Járai, Member of Mol’s Board of Directors, sold 2,160 pieces of series “A" MOL ordinary shares at HUF 18,525 per share on average on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) on 11 November 2016. Total value of the package was 40 million forints.

As at the other large listed companies, insider share sales are not unusual at Mol either. Investors on developed capital markets watch such transactions very closely and they generally consider purchases as positive and divestments as negative indications. Company officials can also be wrong, of course, but they are the ones that have an insight into their employer’s business processes and usually get it right how their share price would shift.
