Hungary Magyar Telekom buys own shares again

Magyar Telekom, Hungary’s leading telecommunications group, has announced on Monday that it purchased 193,600 MTel ordinary shares at an average price of HUF 417 per share on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) for its incentive programme.
  • MTel announced on Monday that it purchased 193,600 MTel ordinary shares at HUF 417 per share on the BSE on 25 May.
  • It said the purchase was made to enable the operation of the incentive program based on the remuneration policy announced on March 28, 2018.
  • Following this transaction Magyar Telekom holds 1,895,646 treasury shares.
