Deloitte: Associate / Senior Associate - Corporate Finance Advisory (x)

Deloitte`s Financial Advisory Services function, as the "best M&A House" of Hungary by Euromoney magazine, a recognised leader in the area of corporate finance and M&A advisory, valuation and transaction support services, is expanding and seeksfor its Budapest office. The successful candidate will become member of the team providing financial advisory services to its clients in the fields of corporate finance transactions, business valuations, financial analysis and modelling.

Key tasks:

• Research industries, specific companies, and market data.
• Analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective.
• Build complex financial forecasting models utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Write information memoranda, reports and presentations.
• Create and deliver client proposals to obtain new engagements.
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.

Requirements:

• University or College degree, preferably in Finance; specialization in Business Valuation is an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience preferably with an investment bank, a Big 4 firm or in strategic business development or a Controlling position with a reputable firm.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English.
• Outstanding IT literacy, financial modelling skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and solve complex tasks.
• Self- motivated, and confident personality.
• Teamplayer.
