MOL Group Upstream planning and controlling organisation seeks for

International Upstream planning and controlling manager

Location: Budapest

Aim of the job:

Supporting the realisation of strategic goals, financial control and increasing effectiveness of Upstream business division with planning ad controlling tools.

Main duties:

• Supporting business strategy development and action plans with planning and controlling tools
• Managing forecasting and reporting processes in subsidiaries supervised by the Upstream business division
• Managing the development of information, administration and reporting systems supporting the planning and controlling activities, and securing equal standard operation conditions in subsidiaries of the division
• Taking responsibility for the cooperation with the local authorities and business partner experts in target countries
• Supporting professional control and assistance on subsidiary consolidations in accordance with MOL Group standards
• Providing support in external financial report preparations
• Supervising realisation of efficiency improvement projects in supported areas
• Managing the elaboration and development of Upstream international business activity related KPI and BBSC indicators

Requirements to fill the position:

• university degree in Finance/Economics
• minimum five years of experience in similar area with international background
• proven managerial skills
• firm financial and business process knowledge
• high level English skills
