Investment Fund - Head of Operations (x)

Leading CEE real estate development company is looking for the operations and administration division head for its newly launched real estate investment fund. The future colleague will be responsible for the complete administration of transactions with the Fund’s units, for supervising the work of its custodian, transfer agent, auditor and accountant, for maintaining relationships with other partners and authorities, for liquidity management, NAV and yield calculations and administration and also for management reporting.

What we require:

• University or College degree in a relevant field,
• at least 2 years of professional operative experience in investment fund administration or back office (at a custodian bank or a fund manager’s back office),
• experience in property fund administration is an advantage,
• excellent knowledge of English - both verbally and in writing - is a must,
• good communications skills,
• strong and up-to-date PC skills (MS-Office),
• ability to work effectively both individually and within a team,
• ability to remain precise under tight deadlines.
