Invescom Corporate Finance is seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Finance Associate. He/she will play an important role in the execution of M&A and Equity Private Placement transactions. The successful candidate will have high responsibility and independence in the analysis and modeling of corporate and market data as well in client and investor communication.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 2-4 years experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research or similar environment and a track record of academic achievement;
• Possesses excellent analytical and modeling skills;
• Has very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian;
• Self starter, capable of working on both his/her own initiative and with senior professionals;
• Works well in a team and under pressure;
• International work experience and/or studies is an advantage.
