The Leading Bank of Hungary, an active participant in all the major asset classes and markets, is currently looking for a Desk Head into its' Headquarter to manage the Equity and Proprietary Trading activity.

OTP Bank is looking for Head of Equity and Proprietary Trading
Duties:
  • Managing the Equity and Proprietary Desk;
  • Maintain consistent track record of generating excellent risk-adjusted trading profits;
  • Development of equity trading ideas;
  • Supporting the Structured Products Desk of the Bank;
  • Expanding the potential asset classes for Proprietary Trading;
  • Motivating the colleagues of the Desk;
  • Managing relationships and generating new trading ideas in cooperation with foreign subsidiary Treasuries;

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Economics or Finance;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of Managing a Trading Desk
  • Minimum 6 years trading experience;
  • Minimum 2 years equity trading experience;
  • Excellent track record
  • Fluent English;
  • Taking responsibility;
  • Accuracy;
  • Ability to work independently and also in a team;
  • Problem solving attitude;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills;
